- Unarmed combat. This course can be tailored for anyone over the age of 16. This can give confidence but above all teaches a student to give themselves those valuable few seconds allowing escape or alarm raising. In the past year we have trained both able and disabled persons. We can also provide very bespoke courses involving some of the toughest techniques in the world to internationally recognised standards.
